Food is fresh and delicious. The bowels come with fresh smoked veggies and the margaritas are great. The smoked tacos are awesome and the service is always helpful and fast. The restaurant is usually pretty full of locals and passers through. The decor is bright and makes you feel like you are in Mexico.
Coyotes is a local restaraunt for us. Everyone there is attentive, inviting, and the food is great! It's a family favorite and we especially love Taco Tuesdays. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area!

Today I visited here on my way to work and I'm very happy with the service first of all ordered over the phone and requested the Arroz Con Pollo with extra vegetables and asked how long it would take. I was very happy when he told me it would only be 10 minutes because that meant I had enough time to stop and get it before I had to go to work then called back, and I asked for the exact total so I can have the money ready for him when I arrived, so I was already being a bugaboo as it was if that wasn't enough when I arrived, I said, can I please have a Pepsi really quick to take with me as well which I should've ordered on the phone but he still was very quick about the process he had my order ready for me when I walked in the door and had my drink for me within seconds and then I was out the door off to work. It may not seem like that big of a deal but it really is a big deal when you're in a hurry to get to work on time it means a lot to have great customer service like that a restaurant that can help you be on your way as fast as possible, it's not their job to make me on time to work so I really appreciate it.
Okay as far as Mexican food goes. Nothing special. Filled my tummy in a time of need.
Coyotes is consistently really excellent food. Very tasty and good portions. It's priced well and their service is prompt and friendly. We go there at least once a month. Try it.
Stopped in on our way home to get takeout burritos for lunch. Wait staff we awesome, super friendly & welcoming, she got us drinks while we waited. Bartender came in & he was also super nice and accommodating. Grabbed burritos & we were on our way. They were great, salsa was great, couldn't be happier. We'll be back next time we travel this way. Really appreciated the hospitality and great food.
